Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are instantly downloadable digital files, this policy explains exactly when a refund is possible.

Delivery

Your files are delivered digitally to the email address entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes of successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply.

When we will refund you in full

• You were charged but did not receive access, and we are unable to deliver the files to you.
• The files are corrupted, incomplete, or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged twice for the same order, or an amount was deducted without an order being created. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.

When refunds are not available

• After the files have been successfully delivered and downloaded, since digital content cannot be returned.
• Because you changed your mind, no longer need the material, or expected different content than what is described on the product page.
• Because the content is educational and did not produce a specific tax or financial outcome for you.
• Where terms of use have been breached, for example by sharing or reselling the material.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before payment is completed. Once payment succeeds and access is delivered, the order is treated as fulfilled.

How to request a refund

Email viralcharactermarketing@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID, the email used at checkout, the payment amount, and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We respond within 3 working days.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments. The amount typically reaches your bank or UPI account within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
