These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on this website, operated by Aryan Chauhan (Proprietor) under the brand name SkillMaster Digital. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

You are buying downloadable digital products — guides in PDF format, spreadsheet trackers, checklists, templates, and calendars covering Income Tax Return (ITR), GST, and TDS topics. No physical item is shipped. The Complete Filing Kit is priced at ₹297 and the optional Ultimate Budget Planner add-on at ₹49, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Licence and permitted use

• You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own individual or single-business use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, upload to file-sharing sites, or claim the material as your own.
• You may not use the material to create a competing product for sale.
• All intellectual property in the products remains with Aryan Chauhan.

Delivery and access

Access is delivered digitally to the email address you enter at checkout, normally immediately after successful payment. Please enter your email carefully. If access does not arrive, contact viralcharactermarketing@gmail.com and we will resolve it. Lifetime access refers to updated versions of this kit for as long as it remains available; it does not promise indefinite hosting of any single file link.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Orders are confirmed only when the payment gateway reports a successful transaction.

Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for penalties, interest, losses, or damages resulting from how you apply the information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, product contents, and pricing at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
